Bang Burgers - Nancy

Located at the Food’Lab in Nancy (an establishment with several very varied cuisines). I often order from Bang Burgers, it’s excellent. The quality of the ingredients, the masterful cooking, a combination that results in burgers with more than satisfactory textures. New items that are carefully crafted, homemade fries that are just as good as the frozen fries from the biggest fast food restaurants, all made by a really great team. Thank you very much! 👏🏻

Big surprise! But above all, a great surprise. I've been wanting to try a smash burger for a while, but the fast food restaurants that offer them don't really look appealing... But then I thought, why not? The advantage of the Food Lab is that you can see inside all the kitchens (considering there are about ten). Bang Burgers is located at the very end, so you walk past all the other kitchens (some of which are scary). First surprise, unlike others, the condition of the Bang Burgers kitchen is spotless! Even the griddle looks new (yeah, I'm exaggerating a bit, but not that much). Ordered, and I wasn't expecting that. The bun: excellent. Nothing to complain about the homemade sauces (BBQ and Cocktail) because they are really good. But the smash steak! Wow, it's really too good! We said we'd go back soon because it was so good. A little tip: don't hesitate to add bacon; it's cut ultra-thin and crispy; I'm still drooling. In short, it's flawless, fingers crossed that their taste and cleanliness remain that way over time. Special mention to the Mark Zuckerberg lookalike (Zack Muckerberg) who serves you with a smile and even offers to help carry the trays when he's facing someone awkward like me. And finally, unlike half the other restaurants in the Food Lab, they don't ask you to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a $10 voucher. That way, you know the reviews you leave are real and not purchased. In short, hats off to Bang Burgers, we'll be back. (P.S.: I wanted to take a picture of the burger, but it was so good that I ate it first, thinking a photo would be nice.)

Great ! We had a blast! During the weekend in Nancy, we went to the food lab with friends, and we discovered Bang Burgers. We tried the special, a classic cheese burger and the earth (vegetarian), and it was super good! A big fan of smash burgers, it was exactly what I expected, the meat was crispy as it should be, the buns were tasty, the products seemed fresh. And the homemade fries, super crispy with a rustic taste, plus the two sauces that the team made for us to taste, barbecue and cocktail, great to accompany. It was great, thank you team! PS: there's Dr Pepper, it's rare!

I ate a burger and it was excellent! The size was perfect, I really enjoyed it. Plus, the staff is really nice and welcoming, which is a real pleasure. I highly recommend it!

What a treat! One of the best burgers we've ever eaten. The bun is amazing, the meat is perfectly smashed and caramelized, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The fries are of the same caliber. If you like burgers, go for it. If you don't like burgers... Go for it anyway.
